Lori Blake, EdD is currently an assistant professor of early childhood education at Central Connecticut State University. She has held various roles in early childhood over the last 20 years including classroom lead teacher, center director, and consultant. Her specialties in the field include working with teachers to build children’s social emotional and self-regulation development; accreditation, leadership and organizational climate in early childhood and schools; and overall curriculum development, creating a connected flow in curriculum experiences and linking them to learning standards.
