Toby Fischer is an educator with over 25 years of experience as a teacher, coach, administrator, professor, and consultant. He leads a high school program for aspiring educators and teaches educational technology at Otterbein University. As the Lead Learner at Creating Learners LLC, he offers professional development on AI in education, K–8 career exploration, Google tools, and design thinking. His mission is to help each learner discover their purpose through personalized learning. Outside of work, Toby enjoys coaching his daughter’s softball team, traveling to Disney with his family, and working on design projects at home.
