How can I incorporate Social and Emotional Learning into my NYC elementary after-school tutoring programs?蜜桃视频

I'm going into the 2025-26 school year as a NYC elementary school after school tutor for ELL students in grades 3 thru 5, many of whom are living in shelters, and have experienced great trauma over the last couple of years.   In addition to helping the students improve their English skills, I'd like to also help them from and SEL perspective.  

Any tried and true tips to ensure that the school year gets off to a good start and that students feel supported?   Thanks, in advance!
