I have a first-grade student who is super disengaged and doesn’t know how to read. What’s an intervention I can use to help him get engaged and learn how to read?蜜桃视频

My student is extremely disengaged in my classroom, even when I work with him one-on-one. He is ELL and doesn't know any of his letter names or how to read any CVC words. He constantly needs to be moving and gets distracted super easily. He never does his work and distracts my whole class. He is really falling behind and I want to find an intervention that works for him and a way to help him learn.
