It seems like even when we create shared classroom agreements, expectations, or norms, there are always a few students who try to ignore them. I don't want to spend all my time managing behaviors, and I'm not really a big punishment teacher- it just isn't who I am. I want to build a culture where we're all on the same team, you know?
