We all know that this time of year can be a lot. There are different deadlines, everything fighting for priority, and meanwhile we're still trying to close out the year. With all the end of year paperwork, student file documentation, and starting to look at the logistics of packing up my classroom—I start to feel alittle overwhelmed thinking about all the things I need to do. Looking at my cluttered desk, it's pretty clear that I'm feeling a little overwhelmed.

How do you manage all the pieces or move though the sense of overwhelm?
