Plant Manager - AS

This position is responsible for overseeing all operations at the Alyeska Seafoods processing facility, including day to day production operations, scheduling of fishing vessels, crew schedules, production priorities, and coordination of machinery maintenance and repairs. This position will coordinate and work closely with the Assistant Plant Manager, and the Environmental Compliance Manager in coordinating raw material acquisition, delivery and production schedules, product assessment, QC grading standards, shipment of finished product, and compliance with State and Federal environmental regulations and relevant permit conditions. This position is also responsible for the overall supervision of the Housing/Galley, Engineering, and Office Departments, insuring the managers of those departments efficiently and effectively manage their departments and supervise their respective staff. This position reports directly to the V.P. of Operations.
